"Cal Mirador" is a detached house, 200m from the village of Vilamitjana, in the Municipality of Castellbó, consisting on a ground floor with a terrace with panoramic views of l'Alt Urgell, a main floor, a second floor and a parking spot.
The house enjoys of a large tract of land around it, composed of a vegetable garden, a fruit tree garden and a horse riding arena.
It offers all the amenities in a rural setting with a magnificent view over the valley.

Second floor: Two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious living room.

Environment:

The village of Vilamitjana, 20 minutes from La Seu d'Urgell, is an ideal holiday spot for families with children.
Located in the most southern part of the Castellbó Valley, at 958 meters, the house its overlooking the valley and has an splendid view of it.
It communicates with Castellbó road and the villages of Castellnovet and Cercedol.
Vilamitjana forms a small nucleus around the parish church, with a population that has been declining, especially in recent years, which has passed from 82 people on 1960 to 29 inhabitatnts on 1991.

The nearest airports are Barcelona (189km), and Toulose (240 km).
